Making artwork has always been a way of communicating my emotions. Being able to create a scenario or story using different mediums to help depict what is going on in my head motivates me to carry on with art throughout my life, as I gain a huge amount of satisfaction when I have been able to represent my thoughts accurately to myself. I have never been a very articulate person, so I have usually always drawn to represent my ideas, which is the reason it is so important to me. 

 

I am interested in the use of vast spaces and cinematic compositions to help explain my thoughts. Using my imagination, I like to create events which are used to evoke a mood in the viewer of my pictures. For example, the use of condensed mass crowds of people, suffocated by high walls to create a sense of claustrophobia.
